Q. How do I join the AGA?
A. You become a member of the AGA when you join one of the association's member clubs. The roster includes every
club affiliated with a golf course in Arizona and many clubs without real estate.
Q. Do I have to join a club to belong to the AGA?
A. Yes. The United States Golf Association mandates that, as a part of the USGA handicap system, a person
must belong to a club that affords a chance to play with other club members and maintains peer review to insure the integrity of the
handicapping system. The AGA endorses this policy and, thus, requires members to join an AGA club to belong to the association.
