5. - CANCELLATION PROCEDURES

5.1 - Call the DRGA Handicap Chairman, Larry Blackshear at 480-891-4240, and inform him of your cancellation as soon as possible. Larry, will ensure that your name is removed from the master sign-up sheet if prior to tournament closing date or begin trying to fill the open tournament spot from the tournament stand-by list. Do not call the Pro-Shop with your cancellation unless it's the day of the tournament. This will only inhibit the coordination of the DRGA Treasurer and Handicap Chairperson's refund due.

5.2 - REPLACEMENT and REFUND POLICY - The cut off date for all tournaments is the Monday prior to the tournament date at 5:00 P.M. If you cancel on or before the prior Monday your money will be refunded by mail within 10 days of tournament date. If the cancellation is after the tournament closure date, Handicap Chairperson will try to fill the empty tournament spot, if he is unable to fill the cancellation spot, you will not receive a refund. NOTE: There will be NO TOURNAMENT CARRY-OVER CREDITS!!!
